1997

Qingdao Pafic Group (Former Qingdao PaficHardware Co., Ltd.) was established on July 1st,1997. In the same year, Pafic built the first logisticsand storage center in Laoshan District, Qingdao. Thename is composed of two meaningful Chinesecharacters that embody the central idea of theChinese classics Tao Te Ching. All things in theworld are produced by being. And being isproduced by non-being. Dao begets One(nothingness; or reason of being), One begetsTwo (yin and yang), Two begets Three (Heaven,Earth and Man; or yin, yang and breath qi), Threebegets all things. Building the business from zeroto one, the Qingdao Pafic Group was foundedwith a mission to inspire and improve the worldwith vision and pursuit.

1999

In 1999, Pafic started to providesimple machining services and expandthe factory. Pafic became a certifiedand strategic supplier for the leadingEuropean brand of lifting equipment,"Stamperia Carcano," and hardwaresupplier "Kleinsorge" ; this had laidthe excellent quality foundation for thesubsequent high-end machinery andequipment manufacturing chain of thePafic Group.

2001

In 2001, Pafic expanded factory for thesecond time to enlarge the production scale,increase the processing quantity andcategory, and doubled the scale of thelogistics by introducing multi-layer shelves.

2003

Pafic entered the children' s play industry bycooperating with "Rainbow Play System,"the No.1 brand in the USA, in 2003. Formerpresident of the United States, BarackHussein Obama, bought a Rainbow swing setfor his daughters at the White House whichPafic manufactured.

2004

In 2004, after more than a year of training andlearning, Pafic validated IS09001:2000 andbecame one of the first small enterprises inQingdao to obtain the system certification.Over several years of review and practice,"Quality Without Question" had become thecore competence of the company.

2005

Pafic manufacturing plant wasset up in Jiaozhou, Qingdao, in2005, brought in large equipment and assembly lineoperations, and focused on technology research and development,which later became the headquarter of Pafic Group andempowered the trading business with product development andown manufacturing.

2008

Pafic has been investing ininnovation, technologyimprovement and equipmentupgrading. A professional PD teamand the independent lab were setup in 2008, which was thefoundation of the "EnterpriseTechnology Platform" that wasgranted by the local governmentthereafter.

2009

Undergone the two-year global financial crisis, the Paficgroup launched an ERP information system in the long run.Together with the existing finance data system, thisbecame the first step of digitization at the enterprise leveland provided a solid foundation for great leaps in thefollowing years.

2011

The successful talentstrategy of "InternalPromotion & ExternalAttraction" in humanresource, financial management, agricultural machinery sales, andinformation technology helped build a high profile and well-fitmanagement team.

2014

In spite of the changingmarketing system andglobalization process,Pafic insisted "CFT(Customer Focus Team)" service mode with the orientation of customerneeds. In 2014, four integrated customer service centerswere set up, which started the team management byprofessionals.

2016

Pafic manufacturing plant was expanded for thesecond time to the coverage of over 30,000 squaremeters, providing sufficient storage room forlarge-scale production orders. With insights on market opportunities raised from globalization, Pafic Group further resolved the strategy to aim athigh-end customers. With unremitting efforts, Pafic got certified with stringent compliance systems ofBSCl, SMETA and became an audited supplier of Walmart, which strengthened its competence on potentialcooperation with high-profile brands worldwide. In 2006, the number of employees reached more than 200.

2017

The nest swing developed by Paficstood out at Sam' s Club's selection oftoys for 2017 Summer, and theunprecedented hot sale topped thecategory at its first season.

2020

Pafic obtained the "Advanced AuthorizedEconomic Operator" certificate, whichemphasizes the company' s advantageon international trading that only 0.5% ofChinese exporters could be certified bythis system. It is also the first batch ofcertificates within its region since thecustoms of Jiaozhou were established inAugust 2019.

2022

Pafic started its localizationmarket expansion ande-commerce layout in UK.Relying on top-tier productquality and design, it quicklyachieved top sales rankingsin its category.

2024

Responding to the national "Dual Circulation Development" strategy,the company expanded globally. It entered Central Asia and Russiafor agricultural machinery sales, and launched children's amusementproducts under its own designs and brand into the Middle East,Northern Europe, and Eastern Europe.

2025

The new digitalizedmanufacturing workshopwas completed, increasingannual production capacityby 100x40' containers. Thislaid a solid manufacturingfoundation for global sales.
